At Chem-Dry's Centre of Excellence there is a dedicated team that aims to provide the highest level of continuous service, technical support, training materials and advice to the UK Chem-Dry network.

The Centre of Excellence team develops content and provides a wide range of training courses for all Chem-Dry franchises. This provides our franchises with the piece of mind, safe in the knowledge that their employees are learning industry best practice, from a team of vastly experienced trainers.

The Centre of Excellence's training courses cover the following subjects:-

• Carpet Repair
• Stain Removal
• Leather Restoration + Cleaning
• Re-Tuft
• Fire Restoration Services
• Water Restoration Services
• Hard Floor Cleaning & Restoration 

The Centre of Excellence training department is located in a purpose built building which houses classrooms for theory based training and dedicated hands on training areas for:-

• Carpet & Upholstery cleaning & restoration
• Fire Restoration training
• Water Restoration training

The dedicated 'hands on' training areas provide real life carpet cleaning, stain removal and fire and flood restoration scenarios.
