The 'Centre of Excellence' team develops content and provides a wide range of training courses for all Chem-Dry franchises. This provides our franchises with the piece of mind, safe in the knowledge that their employees are learning industry best practice, from a team of vastly experienced trainers.

• Water Restoration Services
• Hard Floor Cleaning & Restoration 

The Centre of Excellence training department is located in a purpose built building which houses classrooms for theory based training and dedicated hands on training areas for:-

• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning & Restoration training
• Fire Restoration training 
• Water Restoration training

The dedicated 'hands on' training areas all provide real life carpet cleaning, stain removal and fire and flood restoration scenarios.
